SUN-Pi100 is a high-end positive polyimide developed by Startech based on its original theory. It can be developed in alkaline aqueous solution. After the imidization of SUN-Pi100 pattern, it is resistant to corrosion by acid, alkali and organic solvent. Mechanical properties and dielectric properties meet the process requirements. The imidization shrinkage rate is less than 25% . It can be coated on the surface of various metal, semiconductor and ceramic substrates, and can be widely used as passivation layer, dielectric layer, buffer layer and alpha particle shielding layer required by microelectronics technology. This series of products has good stability, the shelf life is 1 month at room temperature, and it can be kept for 6 months when stored below zero. The resolution can reach 4μm .
